RPA / Agentic AI Automation Engineer

Work Location: Noida (Hybrid)

Eligibility: Must be able to attend face-to-face interviews in Noida, Gurgaon, or Bangalore and be willing to relocate to Noida

Role Overview

We are hiring an Automation Engineer with strong RPA implementation experience and exposure to agentic or multi-agent workflow orchestration. The role involves building scalable automation systems that combine deterministic RPA execution with decision-driven logic and coordinated bot execution.

Hands-on experience with any of the following platforms is required:

- Microsoft Power Automate

- UiPath

- Blue Prism

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and deploy enterprise automation workflows

- Develop multi-agent or multi-bot orchestrated automation pipelines

- Integrate automation with enterprise systems using APIs

- Implement decision logic using rules engines, scripts, or AI services

- Monitor production automations and resolve failures

- Maintain documentation, version control, and deployment discipline

- Collaborate with business stakeholders on automation design

Required Skills

-2-5 years experience in RPA/Automation engineering

- Hands-on delivery using at least one listed RPA platform

- Understanding of orchestrators, queues, and unattended bots

- Exposure to multi-agent workflow or distributed automation concepts

- Programming capability (Python, C#, or similar)

- API integration experience

- Strong debugging and exception-handling skills

Preferred

- LLM/AI integration within automation flows

- Cloud exposure (Azure preferred)

- CI/CD or Git-based workflow management

- Intelligent Automation / Hyperautomation exposure
