RPA Business Analyst/ Scrum Master

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experiencedRPA Business Analystto drive process automation initiatives by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and working closely with development teams to deliver scalable automation solutions. This role will play a key part in transitioning to anAgile-based RPA delivery modeland ensuring that automation aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with business teams toidentify automation opportunitiesand define requirements.

Conductprocess assessmentsto evaluate feasibility and ROI for automation.

Documentdetailed process workflows, business rules, and exceptionsfor automation.

Collaborate with RPA engineers to translate business requirements intotechnical specifications.

Define and trackKPIs for automation success.

Ensure alignment withgovernance, compliance, and securitystandards.

SupportUAT (User Acceptance Testing)and assist in bot deployment.

Provide training support to business users.

Work in anAgile environment, driving iterative improvements in RPA delivery.

Required Skills Qualifications:

6+ years of experienceas a Business Analyst, with at least2 years in RPA projects.

Strong knowledge ofAutomation Anywhere (AA)and RPA best practices.

Experience inprocess discovery, mapping, and optimization.

Ability to analyzeROI and business impactof automation initiatives.

Experience working in anAgile RPA delivery model.

Strong understanding ofintegration challenges with legacy systems.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Proficiency in tools such asJIRA, Confluence, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN).

Exposure toAI/ML-enhanced automationandintelligent document processing (IDP).
