Role: RPA Architect (PAD)

Location: Chennai / Bengaluru / Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build the reusable subflow library: login/session management, navigation, data extraction, Excel template population, error handling, retry/resilience, and cleanup

• Establish configuration-driven architecture with no hardcoded values — all parameters stored in config tables and Azure Key Vault

• Design work queue structure (Dataverse): queue definitions, JSON payload schema, priority rules, auto-retry policies

• Define machine group architecture, VM sizing, and licensing allocation

• Set coding standards: naming conventions, selector best practices, error handling patterns

• Review all flows before deployment for quality, resilience, and production readiness

• Own the DEV → UAT → PROD pipeline using Power Platform Solutions and environment variables

• Set up Azure Application Insights for telemetry, alerts, and monitoring dashboards

• Support InfoSec reviews and maintain audit trails (Solution versioning, .pad exports to Git)

Key Requirements:

• Minimum experience 5+ years of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), specifically with Power Automate Desktop
• Azure Cloud exposure (Mandatory)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Power Platform development with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Python scripting
