RPA Architect Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade RPA solutions using the UiPath platform.

Define automation strategy, technology roadmaps, architectural standards, and governance frameworks.

Design scalable and resilient automation solutions across multiple enterprise deployments.

Provide technical leadership to large RPA and DevOps teams, mentoring senior architects and engineers.

Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and drive transformation programs.

Integrate UiPath solutions with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and other core platforms.

Oversee adoption of AI-driven automation including document understanding, OCR, machine learning, and NLP use cases.

Ensure best practices in security, scalability, performance, and compliance across automation platforms.

Drive DevOps practices for RPA delivery using CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure automation.

Support continuous improvement and innovation in automation technologies and delivery models.
