Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field visits, referrals, channel partners, builders, architects, and corporate clients.
- Identify and develop opportunities in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial (C&I) rooftop solar projects.
- Conduct customer meetings to understand energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Coordinate site surveys with the technical team.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and ROI calculations.
- Negotiate and close sales while achieving assigned revenue and installation targets.
- Coordinate with installation and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Track sales activities and update CRM regularly.
- Stay updated on state-wise rooftop solar policies, subsidies, and net-metering regulations in Odisha and Bihar.
- Strong field sales and business development experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of rooftop solar systems and EPC solutions.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer network in Odisha or Bihar is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in Rooftop Solar Sales
