Business Development Representative

Business Development Representative | INA Solution | Full-Time(Night Shift)

About the Role:

We are a U.S.-focused Recruiting-as-a-Service firm and we are growing our BD team. This is a ground-floor sales role. You will support the sales pipeline by finding the right companies, reaching the right people, and keeping conversations moving. Prior sales experience is a plus, but the hunger to excel is non-negotiable.

What You Will Do:

Research and identify potential clients across North America (staffing firms, recruiting agencies, enterprise hiring teams)

Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research

Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on basic criteria before handing off

Send and follow up with prospects on call and emails

Maintain clean records of outreach activity in the CRM

Support the team with market research, contact list building, and prospect data

Engage with prospects to understand their hiring challenges and support the team in offering tailored solutions

Who We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's degree required. Background in Business, Commerce, or Communication is a plus

Fresher to 2 years of experience in sales, BD, telecalling, or any client-facing role

Excellent interpersonal skills, someone who can hold a conversation, read a room, and communicate clearly in writing and on a call

Willing to work hours that partially overlap with North American business hours
