Role Overview

Plan, execute, and scale ROI-driven influencer marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions using the Kofluence platform.

Note: This role is purely centered on influencer-led performance campaigns and not traditional paid ads/media buying.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end influencer-led performance campaigns (not paid ad campaigns) for lead generation and conversions.
  • Own and track key performance metrics across influencer campaigns CPL, CPA, CPP, ROI, and funnel efficiency.
  • Identify and optimize high-performing influencer cohorts, content formats, hooks, and CTAs to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Define and refine audience strategy through influencer selection (creator persona, audience demographics, niche relevance) rather than paid targeting tools.
  • Build and scale repeatable influencer-led growth frameworks to achieve consistent ROI.
  • Establish performance benchmarks specific to influencer marketing campaigns and scale programs profitably.
  • Develop industry-specific influencer performance playbooks (5W1H framework) to standardize execution.
  • Analyze campaign data and generate insight-driven reports with actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Ad Ops, Strategy) to enhance tracking, attribution, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with brands to understand business objectives and translate them into influencer-first performance strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Education: Relevant degree/certification in Digital/Influencer Marketing.
  • Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in influencer-led performance marketing (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of delivering ROI through influencer campaigns (not just paid media campaigns).
  • Strong expertise in Influencer Marketing strategy, creator selection, and content-performance mapping.
  • Deep understanding of performance funnels in the context of influencer marketing.
  • Familiarity with attribution models and tracking mechanisms for influencer campaigns.
  • Experience in lead generation and conversion-driven influencer programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting and data interpretation.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and drive strategic conversations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a problem-solving mindset.
