Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Robotics Teacher based in Mumbai. The role involves designing and delivering engaging robotics and STEM lessons, developing structured educational content, and mentoring students aged 6 to 16. The teacher will conduct hands-on training sessions, provide individualized support to enhance student understanding, and evaluate their progress. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the curriculum development team to refine teaching materials and fostering a creative and interactive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and creating structured educational material
- Experience and expertise in Education, Teaching, and Training methodologies
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage students effectively
- Passion for STEM education and fostering innovation among young learners
- Familiarity with programming, robotics kits, or coding platforms is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to adapt teaching methods for different learning styles and age groups
