Job Summary
Techradiance is looking for a passionate Robotics & STEM Trainer who can inspire school students through hands-on learning in robotics, coding, electronics, and engineering concepts. The trainer will conduct interactive sessions in schools, guide students in building projects, and help develop problem-solving and innovation skills through STEM education.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Robotics and STEM classes in assigned schools.
- Teach concepts related to robotics, electronics, coding, sensors, motors, and automation.
- Guide students in hands-on robotics projects and competitions.
- Demonstrate robotics kits and help students assemble and program robots.
- Develop engaging lesson plans and STEM learning activities.
- Maintain student progress reports and project documentation.
- Support school workshops, demos, exhibitions, and innovation challenges.
- Coordinate with school teachers and management for smooth program execution.
- Maintain and troubleshoot robotics kits, tools, and lab equipment.
Robotics trainers typically design interactive training sessions and practical workshops to help students understand robotics concepts and applications effectively.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Robotics, Arduino, IoT, or Embedded Systems
- Programming knowledge in Scratch / Python / C++ (preferred)
- Understanding of electronics components, sensors, and actuators
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to school students in simple ways
- Problem-solving mindset and creativity
Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E / B.Sc / M.Sc / Diploma in Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
- 03 years experience in robotics, STEM education, or training (Freshers with strong interest can apply)
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred
