TITLE : Assistant Manager-Sales
Job Purpose: Assist in growing the business in the defined region in order to meet the organisation's strategic business plan both in the near term and the long term
Role Expectations:
- Identifies and profiles the potential market for the company's products and services on a continuing basis
- Is able to craft solutions, under guidance, to meet business needs of the organisation
- Works towards both near term and long term objectives in business growth in a planned manner
- Able to influence clients at different operational levels specially to close orders
- Understands the technical nature of the products and their applications
- Is both systemic in approach and creative in terms of solutions
Profile: Ideally
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics /Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & communication /Instrumentation
- with 5-7 years of Sales and Marketing experience in manufacturing domain , consultative /solution selling, industrial automation solutions, Automotive, solution selling etc.
- Experience in industrial automation products (VFDS, PLC, servo systems ,Material handling automation ,Machine automation etc.,)
Requisites: Exposure to sales and marketing for sun-rise industries in the technology domain
