OVERVIEW
AstheTechnician, you willwork with theappropriate Businesspartners (e.g., DC Operations, Engineering, Technology, and Facilities) to seamlessly lead the day-to-day functions outlined below to ensure equipment readiness and uptime to deliver on the customer's promise.
SCOPE OF WORK
1.Equipment in scope
a.Customers system:RTP bots, PPS, MSU, and overall Grid
b.Conveyor system:Fortna/MHS Pack and ship narrow belt sorters, Hytrol Merge & MDR conveyors, Ambaflex Spiral
c.Caron erector:Water activated Storopack Ecom carton build and tape machine
d.Hydraulic and static Workstations:Pack, Audit, RVL, and various workstations throughout the DC
e.Taping machine:gum tape machines
f.Stretch wrap machine:wrap pallets
g.MHE:Order picker, Reach Truck, Dock stocker, Electric walkie rider, pallet jacks
h.Miscellaneous Equipment:Carts, Compressor, Maintenance equipment (e.g., hydraulic lifts), flex conveyor, Racking, etc.
e. Reporting: Define by equipment type, monitor, and report on KPIs such as Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), equipment uptime, and impact to operations in time (mins) as well as SLA (number of customer orders that missed SLA due to equipment downtime).
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
1.Proven skills, certifications,educationand/or experience inasupply chain technical engineeringenvironment,working withrobotics,MDR conveyors, sorters, spirals, packaging equipment,automationsoftwareand sensors, AMRs/AGVs, Linux, and related data analytics.
2.Proficient in using MS Office, CMMS, AutoCAD
3.5+ years in industrial automation/warehousing/manufacturing maintenance; Preferably in Retail industry; at least 2-3+ years in a robotics matainenance technician/engineering role.
