We are looking for a highly motivated Robotics Trainer who combines strong technical expertise in robotics and coding with the ability to drive business development activities. This role will involve teaching and training K-12 students in robotics and coding, creating engaging STEM curriculum, and coordinating robotics demos and workshops across the country. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, hands-on learning, and a strong business acumen to help grow the company's presence, build client relationships, and represent the company at various events and demos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Robotics Training & Instruction:
- Teach Robotics & Coding to K-12 students through hands-on experiments and activities.
- Design and deliver engaging STEM curriculum and training materials for robotics and technology courses.
- Guide students through the process of building and programming robots, and help them work on electronics and science projects.
- Prepare students for various robotics competitions and challenges.
- Foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in students.
- Business Development & Client Engagement:
- Identify new business opportunities and market needs for robotics training and education solutions.
- Conduct demos and presentations for potential clients, showcasing the company's robotics curriculum and offerings.
- Travel across the country to set up and manage ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) setups in schools and educational institutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of demos, workshops, and training sessions.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and business partners to promote the company's services.
- Curriculum Development & Technical Support:
- Create, update, and evaluate the robotics and coding curriculum to meet the evolving needs of students and the industry.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in robotics, AI/ML, and coding platforms and integrate them into the curriculum.
- Provide technical support for Arduino, ESP8266, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and other robotics platforms.
- Develop students skills in C/C++, Python, Java, AI/ML, and web development.
- Event Representation & Marketing:
- Represent the company at educational events, conferences, and trade shows to generate new business leads and expand the company's network.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and areas of opportunity in the robotics and STEM education space.
- Help in marketing efforts and brand awareness campaigns to increase visibility and attract clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Mechanical, IT, or equivalent degree (e.g., B.Sc - IT, Electronics, Physics).
- Minimum 1 year of experience teaching robotics or coding to diverse groups (K-12 students, workshops, etc.).
- Experience in business development, client engagement, or sales is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in coding platforms such as MIT App Inventor, Scratch, Code.org, and Pictoblox for creating games, animations, and apps.
- Hands-on experience teaching Arduino, ESP8266, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and other robotics platforms.
- Knowledge of 3D design and printing technology.
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, Java, and other programming languages.
- Familiarity with AI/ML, web development, and sensors, actuators, microcontrollers.
