Robotics Engineer

Role Description:

We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer with experience in Automation Anywhere. Exposure to UI Path and IBM RPA will be an added advantage. The candidate should have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end RPA solutions across various business domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.

Serve as a solution architect to design and implement scalable RPA solutions that align with business objectives.

Continuously explore and evaluate new RPA platforms and tools to enhance the organization's automation capabilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements along with Business Analyst and ensure proper documentation of processes.

Create and maintain documentation related to RPA solutions, including process design documents, solution design documents, and involve in test plans.

Provide support to stakeholders (Internal) on RPA tools and best practices.

Mentor and guide the internal RPA team, monitor their performance, and provide support to ensure successful outcomes.

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Manage client expectations by communicating project progress/ status, addressing concerns/ escalation, and ensuring satisfactory customers with RPA solutions.

Contribute to the maintenance of RPA governance and standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in developing RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.

Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and best practices.

Proficiency in Automation Anywhere (A360) development.

Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with exploring and evaluating new RPA platforms and tools is highly desirable.

Knowledge of SQL queries & programming languages such as Python, .NET, or Java is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
