Role & Responsibilities.
In cooperation with our robotic innovation team in Europe, new concepts and prototypes will be tested in a virtual environment.
Develop high-fidelity digital twins for industrial and logistics applications.
Work with Nvidia Omniverse as Realtime 3d-simulation platform.
Ensure proper material properties, textures, and metadata assignment for accurate visual representation.
Refining, optimizing, and preparing CAD models for high-fidelity simulations.
Cleaning CAD data, setting up physics properties, and ensuring accurate collision detection to enhance the realism of digital twin environments.
Ensure real-time rendering efficiency for large-scale simulations.
Develop Python scripts to automate CAD processing, asset conversions, and simulation optimizations.
Work with Omniverse Integration Specialists to ensure seamless CAD-to-simulation pipelines.
Process and refine CAD data to ensure clean topology, optimized geometry, and minimal computational overhead.
Convert and prepare CAD models for simulation environments like NVIDIA Omniverse and Isaac Sim.
Core competencies: Experience in Blender, NVIDIA Omniverse, Realtime Game Engines / Simulators, CAD Data import/export and optimization, 3d Modeling and Shading, Python scripting, USD.
Beneficial/optional Competencies: C++ programming, AI-Driven Perception, Warehouse Logistics, Siemens NX, Digital Twin Development, ROS2, Experiences with Generative AI
Qualification- M. Tech with 1-2 year/ B. Tech with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. With specialization in Realtime rendering and simulation, computer science, media design, mechanical, robotics etc.
