RPA Developer - Robotic Process Automation Consultant
Location: Bangalore, India (Onsite)
Contract Type: 3 month contract (renewable) (January April 2026)
Work Schedule: Full-time, on-site

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated RPA Developer to design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation solutions that improve business efficiency and reduce manual effort. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to deliver scalable and reliable robotic process automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-standard RPA tools
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements
- Build reusable components and follow best practices for RPA development
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and production support for RPA bots
- Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions
- Ensure RPA solutions comply with security, performance, and compliance standards
- Support CI/CD pipelines and version control for RPA deployments
- Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and user guides
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience in RPA development using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Solid programming/scripting knowledge (e.g., C#, Python, VB.NET)
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and automation best practices
- Experience with object-oriented programming and exception handling
- Knowledge of databases, SQL, and APIs is a plus
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of AI/ML, OCR, or Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) is an advantage
- RPA certification (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
