Job Description Senior Automation Anywhere Developer (Hands-On)

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere to design, develop, and support scalable RPA solutions. The role requires deep technicalcapability across bot development, integrations, andproduction support, along with the ability to work closely with business and technology teams to deliver reliable automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Bot Development & Delivery: Design, develop, test, and deploy bots using Automation Anywhere (A360).
• Build robust UI and API automations across web, desktop, and enterprise
• applications.
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and best practices to accelerate delivery.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Handle exception management, logging, and performance optimization.Integration & Technical Implementation
• Integrate bots with APIs, databases, Excel, Mulesoft and enterprise systems (ERP/CRM).
• Work with orchestration tools and scheduling through Control Room.
• Collaborate with integration teams to enable API-first automation where
• possible.

Collaboration & Documentation

Work with business analysts to understand requirements and translate into automation solutions.

Prepare technical design documents, runbooks, and operational guides.

Support UAT and production releases.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on RPA development.

Proven experience developing bots using Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred).

Strong experience in UI automation, selectors, and object cloning.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge with REST APIs, scripting (Python/PowerShell/VBScript), and data handling.

Knowledge of bot lifecycle management and Control Room operations.

Experience working in Agile environments
