Roblox Game Developer -- ICL Academy
Project Overview
Client is building an original, multiplayer Roblox game from scratch. Focus is on engaging gameplay systems, strong UI/UX, and polished player experiences. Client wants a high-quality, polished experience -- has explicitly asked to skip the MVP route and go full build.
Scope of work (as shared by client)
Develop core gameplay systems and mechanics
Build and script multiplayer functionality
Design and implement UI/UX systems
Integrate animations
Team & Experience Required
Open to an individual developer or a small studio
Proven experience developing and publishing games on Roblox
Strong Luau scripting skills
Experience with multiplayer systems
Scale & support
Multiplayer game supporting multiple players in a session
Support needed across development UI/UX and polishing also in scope depending on developer capability
New build from scratch -- no existing assets
References
Client is looking for high-quality, engaging multiplayer experiences with strong polish and retention. Open to reviewing similar projects as references from the developer.
