Job Title: Road & Safety Engineer (HSE)

Location: MMLP, Bengaluru (Project Site)

Role Summary:

Responsible for leading and implementing all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities at the MMLP Bengaluru project site. The role ensures strict compliance with safety standards during warehouse structural and road/infrastructure construction works, with a strong focus on achieving Zero Accident & Zero Incident targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and safety procedures at the site.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company HSE standards.
• Drive safety culture through toolbox talks, training, and awareness programs.
• Monitor PPE usage and enforce safety discipline.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation and coordinate with project/contract teams.

Qualification & Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Safety certification (NEBOSH/IOSH/Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred).
• 35 years of HSE experience in construction/infrastructure projects.
