Job Description

JOB Location: Middle East Countries, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of road construction projects from planning to execution.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and government authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure safety standards are met.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 3-10 years of experience in road construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of road construction techniques, materials, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
