| The Retail Lending department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others. They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the rural lending business of the bank | |||||

| The Central ops processes role is responsible for pan-India monitoring and implementation of policies and modification of processes of as per requirement. They are also responsible for regulatory reporting process compliance. They are also responsible for analysis of existing processes and recommendation of process changes to ensure cost savings, optimization of resources and enhancement of operational efficiency. | |||||
| Key Responsibilities | |||||
Responsible for processing demographic details modification, ROI change / conversion, part payment / excess fund management, Reversal / waiver, OD LAS/FD requests, Renewal, Limit enhancement/reduction etc. Ensure all requests are responded within TAT with accuracy Monitor all STPs requests for failures, regularize failures Reconcile and monitor the requests processed Establish and run effective quality checking of requests Ensure timely training and refreshers are given to maintain product/process knowledge levels of the team members Respond and resolve RBI, MD, Social Media, Nodal complaints and other escalations Conduct RCAs to identify process gaps and liaise with stakeholders to initiate process changes Raise BRD and liaise with IT/Business to ensure operations related system enhancements Support audit walk-throughs, provide data, review observations and ensure timely closures Ensure all processes are documented and run as documented Liasoning with IT team to resolve issues in FinnOne LMS/Finacle Knowledge of Retail loan products and services Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms Well versed with FinnOne & Finacle system | |||||
| Qualifications | |||||
Graduate / Post graduate in Management 2 8 years of experience in a large consumer lending organization handling central / regional role in Operations Subject Matter Expertise in handling Loan Repayment Management (EMI Management) & Vendor & PSU & private sector Bank Management. | |||||
