Description
We are seeking an experienced RO Operator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating Reverse Osmosis systems, ensuring water quality standards are met, and maintaining equipment for optimal performance.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the Reverse Osmosis (RO) system to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of RO equipment to prevent downtime.
- Conduct water quality testing and analysis to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Document operational data and maintain logs for system performance and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and upgrades.
- Train and guide junior operators on best practices and safety protocols.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in operating and maintaining Reverse Osmosis systems.
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes and quality standards.
- Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues related to RO systems.
- Familiarity with water quality testing methods and equipment.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Technical diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field is preferred.
