Key Responsibilities
CategoryRequirements
Branch Co-ordinationExperience of handling cross-functional & internal stakeholders
GovernanceExposure to Compliance and Risk metrics like Enterprise Governance, Risk Management & Compliance (EGRC) and for handling Change Management Committee (CMC)/ Product Management Committee (PMC)
Process Review

Exposure to various back-office process, complaints, customer service process in the bank

Exposure to workflows like CRM e-forms etc.

IT Engagement

Experience in BRD preparation and validation.

Basic Understanding of system integration and APIs

Ability to co-ordinate with IT for program implementation within time frame.

Product EngagementUnderstanding of the business ecosystem for Operations & Service deliverables, required to meet business objectives.
Vendor ManagementAbility to co ordinate with vendors to meet the desired objectives of the project.
RegulatoryUnderstanding of regulatory requirements for Retails Lending, specifically for Bharat Banking Asset Products like Kisan Credit Card (KCC), Tractor Loan, Farmer Funding products, etc.
Team managementTeam player with ability to co-operate & deliver as a team
Improvement InitiativesExperience of handling improvement / transformation projects
OthersUnderstanding of Project management and quality concepts like DMAIC, Design Thinking etc.
Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

Post graduation/Graduation from a recognized institute

12 years+ work experience

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following proficiencies, apart from requirements already mentioned under key Responsibilities:

Knowledge of banking products and services

Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms

Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language

Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
