Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Job Summary
2050 Healthcare Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our team in Bhatagaon, Raipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care, monitoring patient progress, and supporting rehabilitation programs in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day medical care and supervision of patients admitted to the rehabilitation center
- Conduct routine check-ups, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate patient records
- Assist in developing and implementing patient treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and ensure appropriate interventions
- Coordinate with physiotherapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care
- Administer medications and ensure adherence to prescribed treatment protocols
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and recovery processes
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal protocols
Eligibility Criteria
- MBBS /BDS -MBA degree from a recognized institution
- Valid Medical Council registration
- 2–5 years of clinical experience (experience in rehabilitation or hospital settings preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and emergencies
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling post-operative, neurological, or orthopedic rehabilitation cases
- Basic life support (BLS) / Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification
- Team-oriented approach with a patient-centric mindset
