Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and proactive Corporate Doctor (MBBS) to manage on-site employee health and wellness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing primary medical care, handling routine health concerns, and ensuring a safe and healthy workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide primary medical care and first aid to employees within the office premises

- Conduct routine health check-ups (BP, basic vitals monitoring, etc.)

- Attend to employees who are unwell and provide appropriate medical assistance

- Assess medical conditions and recommend further consultation or hospitalization if required

- Maintain medical records and ensure confidentiality of employee health data

- Coordinate with HR for wellness initiatives, health camps, and preventive care programs

- Ensure availability of basic medical supplies and emergency preparedness

- Provide guidance on general health, hygiene, and workplace wellness

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) – Mandatory

- 2–3 years of clinical or corporate medical experience

- Strong diagnostic and patient-handling skills

- Good communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently

- Basic knowledge of occupational health practices is an added advantage

Work Requirements:

- Must be available on-site during working hours (till 5:00 PM mandatory)

- Immediate joiners preferred

- Male candidates preferred (as per business requirement)
