Headsup Corporation is hiring for its client in the
Beauty & Self Care industry for the RM Sourcing Manager position. We are looking for a commercially driven procurement professional who can manage end-to-end raw material sourcing while ensuring cost efficiency, quality compliance, and timely supply.
Key Responsibilities
Raw Material Sourcing
- Identify and onboard new raw material suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, MOQs, and supply agreements
- Ensure consistent quality and uninterrupted material availability
Cost Optimization
- Conduct market benchmarking and pricing analysis
- Drive cost reduction initiatives
- Monitor margins and input cost fluctuations
Vendor & Supply Coordination
- Maintain strong vendor relationships
- Coordinate with production & operations for demand planning
- Monitor inventory to prevent stock-outs or excess stock
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain purchase documentation and supplier database
- Track vendor performance
- Ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards
Candidate Requirements
- 34 years of experience in raw material sourcing / procurement
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
- Experience in Beauty / FMCG / Manufacturing preferred
- Good understanding of costing, margins, and supply chain coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
