Source home loan customers through various channels such as direct walk-ins, referrals, and builder tie-ups
Conduct customer meetings to understand financial needs and recommend suitable home loan products
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers
Assist customers in completing loan applications and coordinate with internal teams for processing
Maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other channel partners
Follow up with customers for pending documents, verification, and disbursement process
Meet monthly and quarterly sales and disbursement targets set by the organization
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sale service
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines
Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions and sales performance
