This role focuses on providing comprehensive support for SAP S/4HANA Material Management (MM) and Remote Logistics Management (RLM) modules. The consultant ensures system stability, resolves application issues, and supports procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations while maintaining compliance with organizational standards and regulations. The position requires strong technical SAP expertise and an understanding of supply chain processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- System Maintenance and Support
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP S/4HANA MM and RLM modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, and logistics.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
- Configuration and Customization
- Configure and customize SAP MM and RLM modules for bug fixes or change requests.
- Implement changes and enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.
- Procurement, Inventory, and Remote Logistics Management
- Manage processes for purchase orders, requisitions, reservations, goods receipts, and inventory management.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including goods receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Create and manage warehouse orders, transfer orders, and inventory movements.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP MM and WM systems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Training and Support
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP MM and RLM systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Ensure high-quality ticket management in ITSM tools.
Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in SAP project or application support, specifically with SAP S/4HANA MM modules.
- Proven experience in implementing/supporting SAP MM and RLM solutions.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is an advantage.
- Skills

- Proficiency in SAP MM and WM modules and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
