The Retail Lending department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others. They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the Rural lending business of the bank

Key Responsibilities
Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) in Retail Asset Wheels - SCF & WCF. SRM will handle a team of 1-2 RMs in the across state. SRM will manage various products under Dealer finance and Working capital for all automotive sector accounts. SRM will have team as well as individual targets SRM will shoulder the responsibility of regions P&L and will also be responsible for the collections of his designated accounts and will ensure zero NPAs for the region SRM will also be responsible for cross Sell of various products CASA products/ POS machines/ Insurance etc. SRM will ensure maximum retail conversion from all wholesale accounts in his designated territory
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is: Graduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized institute 8 to 10 yrs of exp in banking or NBFC organizations
