Job Description

About the Role:
This is a product manager role responsible for achieving business goals, optimizing profitability, overseeing compliance, and driving transformation within HL, LAP and CF business. It involves strategic planning and execution to maximize revenue, enhance portfolio growth, and ensure risk compliance.
Primary responsibility of potential candidate will be managing CF deals end to end (i.e. from logging to closure of loan). In addition to this, candidate will be tasked on various other bank level initiatives to support business and to optimise process. It is individual contributor role.

Key Responsibilities:
Support Construction Finance Business
.Launch various initiatives to build and maintain a healthy funnel of leads and conversions
.Work closely with Sales, Credit, Risk, Ops and other teams involved
.Proposal preparation and internal risk rating
.Cash flow projections
.Financial analysis
.Monitor existing and new to Bank exposures
.Conduct promoter discussion
.Conduct Site visit
.Liaison with vendors involved during transaction
.Track deal status and act in time bound manner
Centre of Excellence - Real Estate
.Drive various initiatives to tap assets and liability from Real Estate sector
.Publish regular update to senior management
.Work closely in multi team environment
Compliance and Risk Management
.Ensure due diligence and compliance in customer acquisition and file submissions.
.Identify red flags and take corrective actions to maintain sourcing quality.
Customer Experience
.Ensure prompt service and communication with CF customers.
.Follow up on customer feedback to improve engagement and experience.
Digital Adoption and Innovation
.Promote usage of digital tools and mobile apps for lead capture and tracking among the field team.
Qualifications:
.CA/MBA from a recognized institute
.2+ years of experience in CF

.Capability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
.Skill in managing large, geographically spread team
