Mortgages: Product Associates

Position ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionRole Purpose

Preparation of business opportunity plans and different activities related to the Mortgage products. Helping in coordinating between departments involved in the mortgage department. Maintaining accurate and complete product-related information while developing functional requirements based on business needs. Training the team on product knowledge as required and providing outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Role Accountability

Work with development, operations, and management teams to ensure development and delivery of products within allotted timeline and budget.

Assisting in development of new products and enhancement of existing products.

Preparing and organize project status and risk reporting to management and customers.

Recording product defects and appropriate resolutions.

Developing mitigation plans to help resolve risks.

Developing functional requirements based on business needs.

Maintaining accurate and complete product related information.

Identifying process improvements to achieve goals related to product marketing and customer support.

Training the team on product knowledge as required.

Working with Managers and marketing teams to ensure that products and services meet customers current and future needs.

Identifying product marketing ideas and opportunities based on industry trends, current market environment and competitive trends.

Providing outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Assisting in the development of product marketing strategies.

Providing support to customers on function and usage of product.

Facilitating achievement of the sales targets of the business. To monitor end user perspective and delivering feasible solutions. Development of new products and enhancement of existing products. Identifying product marketing ideas and opportunities based on industry trends, current market environment and competitive trends
