About the Role

We are seeking an experienced JIRA annotator to help create Reinforcement Learning environments that simulate real JIRA workflows. You will design workflow tasks, observe the AI agent's behavior inside JIRA, and correct tool usage, transitions, arguments, and permission-based actions. Your deep expertise in JIRA administration will guide the development of accurate datasets for training next-gen AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic JIRA workflows, issue types, transitions, and automation tasks.
• Observe and evaluate RL agent actions inside JIRA environments.
• Correct agent steps with accurate tool operations (fields, transitions, statuses, filters, arguments).
• Validate agent actions against role-based access rules (Admin, Developer, Viewer, Manager).
• Document interactions clearly for dataset creation.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as JIRA Admin / JIRA Project Admin.
• Ability to configure workflows, screens, permissions, schemes, automations.
• IT admin, QA engineer, or package consultant background preferred.
• Strong understanding of enterprise task management processes.
