Job description

About the Role:

The Product team manages the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. They are responsible for conceptualizing and implementing the strategic plan to steer top line growth and bottom line delivery. The Product team is also responsible for Product Development, Portfolio Management and Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

.Drive digital transformation initiatives within consumer loans fom ideation through execution to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance.

.Manage digital lending initiatives end-to-end: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery

.Work with cross functional team IT, operations, credit, risk, compliance to adopt new digital journey and processes.

.Define and execute a digital transformation strategy for retail lending aligned with business objectives.

.Digitize the customer journey enabling online applications, instant decisions, and real-time status updates.
Oversee development & testing of the new platform and loan origination platforms/journeys

.CMC/ PMC process management

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

• Graduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized institute

• Knowledge of industry, technology, marketing, and product trends
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation capabilities
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Customer-centric mindset with emphasis on seamless, data-driven, tech-enabled lending experiences
• Experience in retail lending, digital lending, or transformation roles - Preferred
