AbouttheRole

The product team manages the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to product and portfolio management including designing and implementation of processes for entire life cycle. The individual should have relevant product management work experience including new process implementation, analytical skills to build a compliant, and profitable business portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

.Product and Portfolio management:

oWork closely with internal stakeholders to roll out any new process across all consumer lending products

oAnalyze competitive landscape to identify best practices for reducing TAT's and improve NPS scores

oDrive projects focused on customer centricity, reducing costs and improving sales practices

oLaunch new product/variants in line with the business strategy

oWork closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Policy, Credit, Operations, IT, Audit and Compliance on various product related aspects such as processes, risk reviews, sales channel management

oAddress all audit related queries and implementing relevant recommendations in a timely manner
