Job Description

  • Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking platforms
  • Provide detailed information about room types, rates, availability, and hotel amenities to potential guests
  • Utilize up-selling techniques to maximize room revenue and enhance guest experiences
  • Process reservations accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are recorded
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve any booking-related issues
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel promotions, packages, and local events
  • Generate and distribute daily reservation reports to relevant departments
  • Assist in managing group bookings and corporate accounts
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and industry standards in all reservation processes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of reservation procedures and guest satisfaction metrics
  • Proven experience as a Reservation Executive or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong guest-focused personality with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in Opera Cloud or similar reservation management systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication abilities in English, both verbal and written; additional language skills are a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with various reservation software and online booking platforms
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, practices, and trends
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
