The Personal Loan product Lead will be responsible for development of product strategy, design, and implementation of initiatives to help deliver on business objectives.

The Personal Loan product lead will be responsible for development of product strategy, design, and implementation of initiatives to help deliver on business objectives.
.Proven work experience in designing, promotion of products
.Design go to market strategy for new product and ensure system readiness
.Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
.Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities

.Product and Portfolio management:
oDevelop Strategic roadmap for Consumer business and drive delivery on all P&L metrics
oDesign new product variants include business case preparation and roll-out to field
oDrive and manage all product performance metrics
oIdentify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the business profitably
oWork closely with cross-functional stakeholders on continuously improving Product and processes
oConducting market research and identify potential products and best practices

Desired Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
.Graduation and Post-graduation in management from a recognized institute
.10 Plus. exp from Banking or NBFC
