What would you do The engineering Impairment Desk receives, and records notices of fire protection impairments from clients via email, voicemail, and phone calls; for hazardous conditions oversight and a second set of eyes in support of our clients. Responsibilities include collecting adequate detail to determine the severity of impairment, recording details in the impairment logging tool, notifying account engineers as required based on severity/duration, and tracking/following up with the client through the duration and successful closure of the impairment. Scope of work is to review the Insurance certificates and track the Insurance Information from the certificate or other proof of insurance received in Insurance tracking tool. Team will perform comparative review of borrower's proof of insurance coverage against the requirement as per the loan documents to verify adherence and create exception records in the system based on client requirements and approved matrixes. Generate Letters and Reports, communicate non-adherence to the Borrowers/Agents and follow up on based on the Client approved matrixes. Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting refers to the process of collecting, processing, & presenting business data to help organizations make informed decisions. It involves using software & tools to transform raw data into meaningful insights through reports, dashboards, & visualizations.
What are we looking for The Customer Service Analyst takes inbound calls/voicemails/email requests, consolidates the issue, assesses the risk impairment, creates a ticket, and follows up with the Account Engineer or Field Engineer. The Customer Service Analyst also provides floor support to the team and does admin tasks such as, but not limited to, EOD reports, Team Stats, quality reviews, presentation decks, and uploading volume and quality data to the data warehouse tool. They are likewise tasked to present the team s monthly performance to the process owner.
- Engineering Graduate (preferable Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/Civil)
