Job Description:
- Develop, deploy and iteratively improve on analytics-based strategies underpinning the lending products. These strategies span the entire customer lifecycle, across on-boarding, credit underwriting, fraud detection, collections and Upsell journeys
- Create and manage data assets to enable these distinctive offers. This includes data design, process controls and monitoring that enable product/ strategy optimisation, as well as portfolio monitoring
- Conduct post-implementation validation, monitoring, and performance tracking of risk models
- Perform portfolio analytics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and optimise underwriting strategies
- Work on building and validating ML/AI models that reject the high risk customers while also identifying low risk customers for significantly better offers.
Desired Candidate:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Business / Risk / Data analytics in a lending company(Compulsory)
- Should have the hands on experience for python / SQL
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
Qualification:
- Engineering Background OR
- MS in Data Science OR Data Analytics
- Minor Degree / Diploma in Data Science / Machine Learning.
