Role Description

Executing engagements across various sectors - manufacturing, healthcare, Financial Services, IT & ITeS, Start-ups- including listed and unlisted entities

• Internal Audits
• Preparation of SOP's/process narratives and RCMs
• Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICoFR)
• Management Audits and Process streamlining with special focus on cost reduction and revenue leakages
• Preparation and Review of Enterprise Risk management (ERM) framework
• Testing of controls under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX)

Requirements

• 0 - 3 years experience.
• B.Com/ M.Com/ CMA
• Reasonable fundamentals in accounting and controls/ process
• Understanding of ERPs
• Flair for travel to client locations including outstation locations
• Exposure to Risk Advisory & Assurance during articleship
• Good drafting skills
• Ability to do multi-tasking
