Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Ring Frame Operator at Pratibha Syntex Ltd. The Ring Frame Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining ring frame machines to ensure efficient production. Tasks include setting up the machine, monitoring yarn quality, handling troubleshooting during the operation, reporting any malfunctions, and adhering to safety and quality guidelines. Additionally, the operator will collaborate with the team to meet production targets and maintain the efficiency of the operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in operating and maintaining ring frame or other textile machinery
- Knowledge of yarn spinning processes and quality control checks
- Ability to diagnose and address minor mechanical issues with machines
- Understanding of workplace safety protocols and equipment handling
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Indore
- Prior experience in the textile industry is an advantage
- High school diploma or relevant technical certification preferred
