We're looking for a
RFX Specialist to guide buyers in structuring RFX , evaluating supplier proposals, and unlocking the full value of an autonomous negotiation platform. This role is perfect for someone who understands the sourcing process, enjoys working with pricing data, and thrives at the intersection of procurement and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Deep understanding of procurement processes and the ability to design RFx events that align with aggregated pricing models
- Consolidate and analyze supplier proposals, focusing on price aggregation and comparative evaluation.
- Advise on lot structuring and allocation strategies within the platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance buyer experience.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the sourcing process and procurement team workflows.
- Ideally, experience running or supporting e-auctions or dynamic bidding processes.
- Experience with sourcing platforms like Ariba, Scout, or similar.
- Skilled in reviewing and aggregating supplier pricing and proposal data.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for quantitative analysis, enabling effective comparison and aggregation of pricing data.
- Clear communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
