Job Description

  • Support core sales channels globally (Institutional / Retail / Internal) by delivering high-quality, compelling RFPs, DDQs with accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Manage the end-to-end RFP process from initial kick-off to final submission, ensuring quality control, compliance, crafting persuasive and compelling content, and managing critical time path towards delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and utilize a wide range of tools and sources to gather information/responses for each RFP.
  • Maintain proper RFP records in respect of housekeeping rules for full audit trail.
  • Obtain approvals by reviewing proposals with key providers.
  • Collaborate with peers and SMEs to improve content quality by customization as necessary.
  • Develop a broad understanding of company's investment products, and attain knowledge of all areas of the company's operation, acquaint with key stakeholders.

Content Admin:

  • Assist in gatekeeping incoming content changes and checking across the content library for consistency.
  • Assist in following up with SMEs on ad-hoc and routine update cycles to ensure content library's upkeep with critical changes and accuracy.
  • Assist in templating and automating tasks within the content library and manage the standard RFPs regular publication.

Data Support:

  • Assist in quantitative tasks in RFPs and DDQs using a range of proprietary and external software as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating regular data file delivery (AUM and staff), cross-checking information across various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in maintaining entries in consultant databases as needed.
  • Contribute to ideas in problem-solving and participate in projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven investment writing and editing experience in the financial services industry, ideally covering equity, fixed income, and multi-asset classes.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, including technical writing and editing.
  • Strong numeric (Excel) and demonstrable organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of investment strategies and general portfolio statistics across asset classes/products.
  • Self-initiative to manage learning curve.
  • Working knowledge of RFP/data tools (Responsive, Aladdin, Bloomberg, Morningstar, eVestment Analytics, etc.) is a strong plus.
