Job Description
We are looking for a skilled RFID Quality & Testing Engineer who has hands-on experience
in testing, checking, and quality inspection of RFID products. The ideal candidate should
have a strong understanding of RFID technology, including signals, antennas, and RFID
readers, and should be capable of ensuring that all products meet performance and quality
standards.
Perform quality testing on RFID tags, RFID readers, antennas, and related
equipment.
Conduct signal strength testing, frequency validation, and performance analysis.
Identify product defects and ensure all RFID devices meet required standards.
Troubleshoot issues related to RFID hardware performance.
Document test results and prepare reports for product improvements.
Coordinate with the production and engineering teams for corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
Conduct field testing when required.
Requirements
13 years of experience in RFID product testing, QA, or hardware validation.
Strong knowledge of RFID technology, including UHF, HF, LF systems.
Experience in RFID reader and antenna testing.
Understanding of signal behavior, read ranges, and frequency tuning.
Ability to use testing tools like RFID analyses, scanners, or diagnostic tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or related field.
Experience in RFID manufacturing or similar industry.
Basic understanding of networking and hardware installation will be an added
advantage.
