Role Overview:
We are building robust, long-range, low-latency communication systems for UAVs and autonomous platforms. You will design, test, and optimize RF links for telemetry, command, video, and inter-vehicle networking.
Responsibilities:
* Design and integrate RF communication systems for air and ground
* Work on telemetry, command, payload data, and video links
* Handle link budgeting, range estimation, and antenna selection
* Optimize latency, bandwidth, and reliability
* Work on error correction, packetization, and retransmission strategies
* Implement link monitoring, health reporting, and failover
* Test and validate RF performance in field conditions
* Work on EMI/EMC, grounding, and interference mitigation
* Support multi-vehicle networking and relay systems
Required Skills:
* Strong understanding of RF fundamentals and wireless communication
* Experience with radios, modems, antennas, and RF front ends
* Experience with UART, Ethernet, SPI, and network stacks
* Understanding of link budget, SNR, noise, modulation, and coding
* Experience debugging RF systems with spectrum analyzers or SDRs
Good to Have:
* Experience with SDR (HackRF, USRP, etc.)
* Experience with mesh or multi-hop networks
* Experience with video transmission systems
* Experience in UAV, robotics, or defense systems
Experience Level: 26 years
You will build:

* RF health and link management system
* Multi-vehicle and relay communication architecture
