Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of reward specialists, ensuring the delivery of strategic, efficient frameworks, policies, and processes aligned with bp group standards.
- Be accountable for timely and accurate operational deliverables and specialist advice in areas such as reward vendor management, benefits, equity, and executive reward.
- Conduct assurance activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant local regulations.
- Oversee local country reward plans within the scope of the role, ensuring alignment with global reward strategy.
- Support and contribute to reward-related projects at local, regional, and global levels as required.
- Provide subject matter expertise and advice in the design and development of reward solutions.
- Deliver training and support to team members, fostering skill and knowledge development.
- Own, manage, and continuously improve standard operating procedures within the reward function.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR or an MBA from a recognized business school.
- 56 years of progressive experience in benefits, equity, or reward vendor management, including 23 years in a senior specialist or leadership capacity.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop insights for decision-making.
- Proficiency in benefits administration tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work across various time zones and in diverse cultural environments.
