Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Revit MEP Engineer / BIM Modeler to join our Planning team. The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing MEP BIM models, ensuring coordination across disciplines, and delivering high-quality outputs within project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed MEP models using Revit.
- Create BIM models for HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and internal teams.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Generate shop drawings, BOQs, and model-based outputs.
- Ensure adherence to BIM standards and project timelines.
- Update and manage model data throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Revit MEP.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM workflows.
- Understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing).
- Experience with Navisworks or similar clash detection tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in: Mechanical (most preferred for HVAC)/ Electrical Engineering/ Civil Engineering (acceptable if strong in BIM/MEP)
Alternative (if Skills Are Strong)
ITI (Draftsman Mechanical/Electrical) with solid Revit MEP experience
Certification in BIM / Revit MEP from a recognized institute.
