We are looking for a Senior Executive to lead RTV (Return to Vendor) and reverse logistics operations across marketplace channels, including E-commerce and Quick Commerce. This role will drive end-to-end returns management, ensure strong control over inventory reconciliation, and minimize leakages while coordinating across warehouses, 3PLs, and marketplace partners.
- Own end-to-end RTV and reverse logistics operations for Ecom and Qcom channels
- Monitor and manage RTOs, customer returns, and damaged inventory across multiple warehouses
- Drive reconciliation of returns with marketplaces, 3PLs, and internal systems
- Identify and resolve discrepancies (short, damaged, wrong SKU returns) with clear root cause analysis
- Work closely with finance teams for claims processing, recovery, and closure
- Ensure timely system updates and inventory adjustments in OMS/WMS
- Track and improve key metrics like RTV TAT, recovery %, and return leakage
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure adherence to SOPs and quality checks
- Drive process improvements to reduce return rates and improve operational efficiency
- Support warehouse transitions by replicating processes, controls, and RTV workflows at new locations
