Founding RevOps Lead
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact, foundational role where you'll architect and own our entire Revenue
Operations infrastructure from the ground up. You'll work directly with leadership to design CRM
systems, build automation workflows, set up analytics dashboards, and establish the processes
that enable our GTM teams to operate efficiently at scale.
We're looking for a self-starter who has built RevOps systems before at a startup and can hit the
ground running with minimal supervision. If you're energized by the challenge of building
something from scratch and love the intersection of sales, marketing, technology, and datathis
role is for you.
What You'll Do
Scale the Sales Engine
-Configure and optimize HubSpot CRM as our central operating system for Sales,
Marketing, and CS
-Design and implement workflows for lead management, demo scheduling, deal routing,
and pipeline progression
-Set up sales automation, email sequences, and task management to improve rep
productivity
-Support Account Executives on data needs such as territory mining, one-click Account
and Prospect views, commission calculators, etc.
-Integrate tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator with CRM to provide a single
source of truth on all customers and prospects
-Create funnel reports, forecasting models, and sales dashboards for leadership visibility
-Ensure data accuracy, field standardization, and CRM hygiene.
Power Marketing & Demand Generation
-Integrate marketing tools (Apollo, PostHog, Calendly) to automate lead capture and
website visitor tracking
-Manage LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads accountsset up campaigns,
optimize performance, and report on results
-Build marketing attribution models and dashboard to track campaign effectiveness
-Collaborate with Marketing on targeting and creative, while you own execution and
analytics.
Enable Customer Success Operations
-Integrate Customer Success platforms (Gainsight or ChurnZero) with HubSpot
-Build CS handoff workflows and account health tracking systems
-Set up renewal alerts, expansion opportunity identification, and retention dashboards.
Drive Data-Driven Decision Making
-Create executive dashboards tracking the full customer journey from lead to retention
-Establish KPIs and reporting cadence for weekly/monthly business reviews
-Analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process
improvements
-Evaluate and implement new tools to improve GTM efficiency
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
-4+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales
Operations, or Marketing Operations at a startup or high-growth company
-Deep HubSpot expertise: You've built or significantly scaled HubSpot CRM systems
before
-Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, PostHog, Calendly, Gainsight, and
ChurnZero
-Working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads Manager
-Strong analytical skills and experience building dashboards and reports
-Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can build systems with minimal direction
Bonus Points For
-Experience with modern AI-powered CRMs (HubSpot AI, Clay, Pipedrive, Close CRM)
-Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
-Basic SQL or data querying skills
-Background in B2B SaaS or fintech
-Previous experience in a founding or early-stage GTM operations role
