Revenue Operations Specialist (RevOps) Job Description

Role Summary
We're looking for a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to help align Sales, Marketing and keep our revenue engine running smoothly. This role focuses on problem solving, improving process, data, and tools, so sales teams can spend more time selling and less time on admin.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage HubSpot (Sales Hub & Marketing Hub)
Help track pipeline, conversions, and revenue metrics
Ensure clean, accurate CRM data (contacts, companies, deals)
Build basic dashboards and reports for leadership and sales teams
Automate lead routing, follow-ups, and notifications
Support email tools & integrations (Apollo, Instantly Nooks, HeyReach,Sales navigator, etc.)
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership on revenue processes
Document and improve sales and marketing workflows
What We're Looking For
12 years experience in sales or marketing
Has good understanding of sales teams process
Strong attention to detail, problem solving and process mindset
Ability to keep things simple, structured, and scalable
Nice to Have
Experience with B2B SaaS / Services companies
Exposure to GCP, Data, Analytics, or AI-led sales
Experience supporting outbound sales teams
