Seeking a Revenue Intelligence Manager to transform Salesforce and firm data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth, improve opportunity conversion, and influence partner behavior.

This is not a traditional reporting role. The Revenue Intelligence Manager is responsible for diagnosing pipeline performance, identifying growth opportunities, and translating data into insights that inform decision-making and behavior to increase sales.

Requirements

How You'll Contribute:

Pipeline & Revenue Intelligence


  • Design and maintain standardized pipeline KPIs aligned with firm growth goals
  • Analyze pipeline performance by stage, probability-weighted revenue, win rates, and sales cycle length
  • Identify stalled opportunities, bottlenecks, and leakage points
  • Monitor forecast accuracy versus actual results
  • Track backlog conversion to billed revenue

Growth & Client Expansion Analytics


  • Identify cross-selling and client expansion opportunities across service lines
  • Analyze service penetration by industry, client size, and relationship depth
  • Detect whitespace opportunities within existing clients
  • Segment accounts to support targeted BD and marketing initiatives
  • Support opportunity scoring based on historical win patterns

Partner & Collaboration Insights


  • Analyze internal referral and collaboration patterns across service lines
  • Measure performance by Professionals
  • Evaluate how collaboration impacts win rates and deal size
  • Develop partner and leadership scorecards that support accountability and behavior change

Pricing, Profitability & Financial Insights


  • Connect pipeline and opportunity data with revenue metrics
  • Analyze proposal pricing versus actual margin outcomes
  • Identify trends in write-downs, scope creep, and profitability risk

Salesforce Intelligence & Data Strategy


  • Translate business questions into Salesforce reporting and dashboard requirements
  • Ensure executive dashboards reflect strategic priorities—not just system fields
  • Automate recurring reporting where appropriate

What Skills You'll Bring:


  • 5+ years of experience in revenue analytics, sales analytics, FP&A, or growth intelligence (professional services preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insight
  • Experience working with Salesforce and BI tools such as Domo for reporting and dashboards
  • Comfort analyzing pipeline, forecasting, win rates, and sales performance metrics
  • Ability to work in a partner-driven, relationship-based sales environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Exposure to predictive analytics, AI-assisted modeling, or advanced forecasting
