About the Role:
We're looking for a Revenue Growth Manager who can seamlessly blend strategy with execution- not just identifying opportunities but also rolling up your sleeves to build, iterate, and optimise. You'll own programmatic engagement campaigns, lead prioritisation, and GTM execution, ensuring our Product-Led Growth motion translates into revenue impact.
What you'll do:
- Email & Conversion Optimization Through Data & Experimentation.
- Analyze product usage data to identify drop-off points, high-intent accounts, and opportunities for School and District plan conversions.
- Own and execute email marketing campaigns for the monetization team, continuously optimizing messaging, segmentation, automation, and timing to drive lead generation, nurture high-intent users, and increase conversion rates.
- Work closely with Data & RevOps teams to continuously refine lead scoring models, routing logic, and engagement strategies for better monetization.
PLG Growth & Monetisation Execution-
- Collaborate with Product & Growth teams to optimize lead generation and self-serve conversions for School and District plans.
- Ensure product updates are leveraged as revenue opportunities, aligning
- engagement campaigns with monetization goals.
- Own the execution of in-product, email, and outbound engagement sequences, continuously refining them for higher impact.
Lead Prioritisation & Sales Enablement-
- Execute and refine lead prioritisation strategies, ensuring SDRs and AEs focus on the highest-intent ICPs and accounts.
- Track outreach performance, adjust messaging, and refine sequencing based on data-driven insights to improve conversion rates.
Who you are:
- 3-5 years of experience in revenue marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset- you love data but also know how to execute based on insights.
- Preferably, hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach).
- Proven track record in funnel optimization, and lead generation execution.
- Passion for PLG strategies, you understand how product-led motions drive revenue.
- A doer mentality- you don't just strategize; you build, execute, and iterate to drive results.
